We provide free first aid training to those in low-socio economic areas and marginalised groups. We visit schools, orphanages and community groups in both Arusha and remote areas of Karatu and Moshi. These vital new skills allow people to provide first aid to family and friends during times of illness or injury.
In addition to teaching first aid we provide health checks to those in remote areas of Karatu, Moshi and Loliondo who have limited access to health care.
These 7 Boda boda riders have been trained in First Aid and supplied with waterproof kits that can be attached to their bikes. With no ambulance service in Arusha these riders are often the first to arrive at road accidents and now have the skills and equipment to help those injured in road accidents.
We assist local and remote hospitals with vital medical equipment that has been donated. Many hospitals or remote health clinics lack the financial resources to purchase essential equipment. These donations allow them to provide safe and effective treatment to their patients.
